Cecilia Bobrovskaya
Comrade Bobrovskaya was a long time Bolshevik activist who gave the best years of her life to the cause of the rule of the workers in the future Soviet Union. Ever faithful to the revolutionary line of Lenin-Stalin, she worked tirelessly and without concern for self. On this topic comrade Lenin said, “[S]he is capable of suffering in silence indefinitely.” [1]
During the later stage of the People’s War in Russia she worked as Chairman of the military affairs council of the Bolshevik Party’s Moscow Branch. After first victory she worked for the Comintern until 1940. Finally, she served as a member of the Institute of Marxism-Leninism under the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union in her later years.
